Information you provide –
Users and Website Visitors — When you sign up for a Speedfind account or add Speedfind to your browsers, phones or other devices or services, we may ask you for certain personal account information, including your name, mailing or other address or location, mobile or other phone number, email or other electronic address or link, contact preferences, and credit card information. Business Owners and Others Who Create Speedfind Sites and Locations—
Speedfind allows businesses and others to create Speedfind websites, pages, Links, QR Codes, Sliders and other names, addresses and links that resolve to special purpose Speedfind mobile and online websites, webs pages, Speedfind Sliders, and other features, Sites and Services. Such Speedfind Sites and Services contain and provide information to users, including information provided by business owners, others, and their authorized persons along with services about or related to such businesses, locations, and events, including maps, traffic, custom navigation instructions, links to other sites providing information related to the locations, Tweets, social network posts, user comments, etc. Business owners, authorized persons of business owners, and other creators are able to edit and present various types of information and content, including website links, text, copy, images, video, documents, brochures, etc. (collectively, the “Content”) about or related to their businesses, events, and/or other locations. Location Based Services and Data –
To provide location-based services on Speedfind Sites and Services, Speedfind and our partners and licensees may collect, use, and share precise location data, including the real-time geographic location of your phone, computer or other device. The Sites and Services include location-enabled services, such as maps, directions, local search and other similar services. Unique application number –

This number and information about your installation (e.g., operating system type, version number) may be sent to Speedfind when you install, uninstall or use that service or when that service periodically contacts our servers (for example, to request automatic updates to the software).

We do not exercise control over any sites included in Speedfind Sites and Services displayed as search results , sites that include Speedfind applications, products or services, third party map or other services and content providers or links from within our various services.
