1.   RISKS OF EXPOSURE: The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is a worldwide risk to human health. COVID-19 is highly contagious and has a mortality rate many times greater than the flu. COVID-19 can spread easily and exponentially. While people of all ages are at risk of catching COVID-19, persons with compromised immune systems and older persons may be at particular risk.

2. "STAY HOME ORDERS": In order to reduce the spread of COVID-19, the State of California, as well as many California cities and counties have issued so-called "Safer at Home" or "Shelter in Place" ("Stay Home") Orders, obligating many businesses to close and residents to stay at home with limited exceptions for essential activities.
3. OUR ACTIVITIES: Under Federal and State guidelines, our activities may or may not be considered essential activities.   Whether designated essential or not, this designation does not make them free from COVID-19 risks.   All persons must still practice "social distancing" and take all steps necessary to protect themselves and others. Some county and city orders are more restrictive than, and may take precedence over, Federal and State guidelines. You understand that if you engage in any activities in violation of any Stay Home Order, you are acting against our advice.   We (i) will not violate any Stay Home Orders, notwithstanding any Party's instructions and (ii) will obey all guidelines and laws while pursuing safe COVID-19 practices.
4. PURPOSE OF ENTRY: The purpose of the entry is to enable you to work, meet, use, view, shop, purchase, eat, dine, pickup or deliver goods, parcels, and/or foods/beverages, or otherwise participate and interact with our Facility, our employees and staff, and/or other visitors,  components of our Facility, or products and services sold, purchased, or provided in or near the Facility and/or for otherwise conducing lawful business on the Facilities.
5. OWNER REPRESENTATIONS: We are voluntarily allowing Visitors to enter the Facilities in exchange for Visitor agreeing to and following this Guidelines and Agreement, and you acknowledge that we are undertaking to take reasonable measures and procedures to clean and disinfect the Facility from time to time in accordance with our COVID19 GUIDELINES.   
6. VISITOR REPRESENTATIONS: The person Signing or otherwise agreeing to the terms hereof as a visitor, customer, patient or otherwise is voluntarily entering the Facility and acknowledges that although the Owner  has undertaken to clean and disinfect the Facility to the COVID19 GUIDELINES, doing so may not be possible, and may not have occurred prior to your visit, due to Stay Home Orders and other circumstances. The undersigned Visitor agrees to take all reasonable and necessary precautions to protect the Visitor and others from the spread of COVID-19, including, but not limited to, the following:
   1. Following all Federal, State, and local laws and Stay Home Orders, even though such laws and orders may be changing rapidly.
   2. Following all initial, updated, and temporary written, verbal, and other guidelines for the facility, including the guidelines for this specific Facility at the SmartAddress® page referenced above and to visit the SmartAddress information before every visit to ensure that the undersigned has the most recent and up to date status and information for the Facility.  
   3. Exercising care to protect yourself, and assessing your own risks, by considering your age, underlying health conditions, recent travel, possible exposure to COVID-19, doctor's recommendations, and local, State and Federal recommendations. You agree and understand that it is your responsibility to evaluate the risks and protect yourself.
   4. Washing your hands with soap and water or using hand sanitizer, and wearing rubber gloves, a protective face mask, and protective shoe coverings. Remember to not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
   5. Practicing social distancing by keeping at least 6 feet between yourself and others. Do not gather in groups, and do not touch surfaces or items on the Facilities. If you believe it necessary to touch surfaces or items in the Facility, consider the risks of doing so.
   6. After visiting the Facility, you agree to discard any gloves, masks, or shoe coverings worn during the visit and wash hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds.
   7. If requested to do so by any of our employees, staff, or security, you agree to submit to a temperature check and answer any other questions we may have. 
7. ALL SIGNERS REPRESENTATIONS:
   1. You understand that allowing access to or accessing the Facility for any purposes above may be dangerous or unsafe and could expose you or others to COVID-19 and that you are allowing or conducting those activities voluntarily.
   2. You represent that:
      1. To the best of your knowledge, you are not currently afflicted with, and have not knowingly, within the last 14 days, been in contact with someone afflicted with, COVID-19;
      2. You are not experiencing a fever, or signs of respiratory illness such as cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, or other COVID-19 symptoms and;
      3. You understand that persons may be afflicted with COVID-19 and: (i) not exhibit symptoms; (ii) not be aware that they are afflicted or (iii) may not voluntarily agree to disclose their condition.

C. You will inform us if there is a change in your health condition or knowledge that potentially puts others at risk or invalidates the representations made in this document.

RE: On-Site Safety & Visitor Requirements – STADCO Stadium Operations Trailer

The following rules and regulations pertain to all on-site badged staff as well as un-badged visitors planning to meet in the STADCO Stadium Operations on-site trailers and/or be escorted on a construction site tour.

Site Location & Entrance:

1000 S. Prairie Ave, Inglewood, CA 90301 (Note: for Ride Share users, the address is not the entrance to the site. See below)

All visitors may access the site using the Prairie Ave/Hardy Street. Please be prepared to provide the gate security guard with a government issued Photo ID and your STADCO host’s name.

Directions to Trailers: Please be aware, the speed limit on-site is 10 MPH and all vehicles must obey directional signage, including a full stop at all stop signs. After passing security, follow the road forward and turn left. At the first stop sign, turn left to enter the main parking lot. In the far-left hand side of the lot, you will see the “Stadium Operations” (large sign) trailer.  Park in the spots in front designated for “STADCO VISITOR”.

Ride Share:

Drop-off:  Instruct the ride share driver to proceed to site entrance at Hardy Street. The site address (1000 S. Prairie Ave.)  is for the trailer compound and is not accessible from the street (see illustration below). Ride share vehicles are permitted to drop off guests who are properly registered on the daily security list. 

Pick-up: When requesting rideshare, drop the pickup pin at the site entrance at Prairie/Hardy Street.  The security staff will not allow rideshare to access site for pickup beyond the security entrance. Visitors must meet rideshare at the security gate for checkout and pickup. Inform your host if using rideshare, shuttle to the security gate can be arranged. 

On‐Site Visitor Safety Requirements

The following rules and regulations are mandatory for all visitors being escorted by a preapproved driver/escort for a site tour.

Attire: The following is required for all those who plan to participate in an escorted site tour 

• Hardhat Protection - Provided by host on-site.
• Eye Protection (ANSI Z87.1) - Provided by host on-site.
• Gloves - Provided by host on-site.
• Shoes - Hard soled work boots ONLY; no sneakers, no athletic shoes, no soft shoes, No Heels of any kind no business shoes, and no open toed shoes allowed.
• Shirts - Must have sleeves at least 4” long and must cover bicep.
• Pants - Long pants only; pants must cover to the ankle (no skin exposure). Shorts and skirts are not permitted. No yoga, sports or athletic type pants are allowed. 

Any visitor that does not have the proper attire will not be allowed on the construction site.

Minor Visitor Policy: No minors (Under 18 years of age) are allowed on site. 

Photography / Video Policy: Stadco LA, LLC has a strict no media policy in place for all personnel & guests on-site. No photography, video, and/or related media is allowed to be taken of the site and/or site construction at any time. Individuals in violation of this policy will be reported to Stadco LA, LLC immediately.

Visitor Hold Harmless Release Agreement: All visitors are required to complete the THJV Hold Harmless Visitor Release Agreement prior to being escorted on site for a tour. This Agreement must be dated, signed and approved by a Stadco LA LLC, THJV, Legends, HKS, or a VSG badged employee.
