Seven Oxen is a family-owned, estate winery producing small-batch Rhone and Zinfandel wines. The Estate vineyard is located off of Kiler Canyon Road in the Templeton Gap of Paso Robles’ Westside. The tranquil 130-acre estate includes 26 acres of head pruned, spur trained vines. We keep our yield low and farm organically to guarantee the highest quality fruit possible, and take a minimalist approach at the winery to produce wines reflecting the unique character of the estate. Currently Seven Oxen Wines are available for purchase through our website and Wine Club, or at the Seven Oxen Tasting Bar, located in Thomas Hill Organics Restaurant at 1313 Park Street, in Downtown Paso Robles. From 12pm – 3pm, visitors can order meals from Thomas Hill Organic’s menu to complement their wine tasting.
